Golden State Psychological Solutions provides reduced rates for public-sector agencies (such as Public Defenders), in recognition of their role in serving disadvantaged populations, and for private attorneys in practice for less than five years, as a means of supporting those entering the noble profession of law. This reflects our commitment to both equity in access to high quality services and to fostering the next generation of dedicated legal advocates.
Pricing:
Our evaluations are billed on a flat-fee basis, ensuring attorneys know the cost up front with no hourly billing surprises. Fees are determined by the complexity and demands of the case:

$1,500 - $2,200 -> Lower complexity

$2,300 - $3,200 -> Moderate complexity
-
$3,300 - $5,000 -> High complexity or expedited ​

Court Appearances:​
​
-
$1,000 - up to 4 hours of time in court (including waiting and testimony)
-
$1,500 - more than 4 hours, up to a full day in court
-
Preparation and travel time are billed at $250 per hour. Required preparation time will be disclosed at the time of a request for court appearance.

All fees are quoted in writing prior to services being rendered.​
